# Standardisation at its core

***Central to Node-Boot's ethos is standardisation.*** 

We've observed that the proliferation of CLIs often stems from a desire to simplify setup and expedite project kickoffs. However, this approach can inadvertently sacrifice interoperability. Node-Boot takes a different tack, opting for pre-built *Software Templates* and self-service methodologies. With Node-Boot, developers have the freedom to handpick the components they require while retaining full flexibility. Our approach prioritises harmonious integration without compromising on individual preferences or project needs.
